Our Resident and Family Reviews Say It All

Gina B.
Mom was injured in another facility so I’ve been cautious and worried with moving her from the hospital. Cascade Valley Senior Living has been, across the board, kind, compassionate, efficient, has all their ducks in a row, and communicates often. The staff are amazing – the level of kindness is special. It’s clean and peaceful – so unlike where mom was previously. I absolutely love this facility. Also, the food is restaurant quailty and highly nutritious, which our elderly need. Special thanks to Heidi, the director. She offered help when I was struggling to find a place mom would be safe. I am so grateful. Highly recommend.

You sense the family, love and home environment immediately upon entering the doors. Heidi Hutton the Executive Director is a true leader to the entire staff, the clinical team is top notch, there are no odors with the exceptional housekeeping, the food is amazing with a senior Chef. The residents are happy, engaged and enjoying activities including scenic drives, live music, lavender fields, mani and pedicures + so much more! Great place to work at with amazing residents to serve.

Memory care is a tough business. How to be humane with grace & dignity, while still keeping true to rules and policies that can seem burdensome on individual cases. Cascade Valley balances pretty well this dynamic.

My aunt has been in this facility for over 3 years now. Current staff is so very caring and attentive. They even gave the residents manicures for Mother’s Day! ❤️

I would like thank Molly Ckark for taking such good care of my mom, Helen Morley. She has always been very helpful and explains everything about the visits and what to expect when I come to visit her. It takes a very special n person to look after the elderly as it can be stressful for both the clients and their family. She is very respectful to both us and my mom. Thank you Molly for such a great job and God bless you!! Kim Elliott.

Molly Clark has revolutionized daily activities and care for Memory Support residents. She has created a thoughtful, fun and enjoyable environment where our loved ones feel deep connection and care which helps them live their best lives daily. The level of respect & love she pours into the residents is shown in their smiles, good days and overall well being. I am beyond thankful that my mom continues to receive the best care from Molly.

Molly Clark is great with my mom! She she has always been very helpful when we wanted to come see my mom during quarantine! Out of all of the employees I’ve dealt with there, she is the best one by far! She is very patient and caring with my mom and I appreciate it very much!

Molly Clark at Cascade has been a godsend for my stepmom in memory care. During the COVID shutdown, she would send us pictures every few days to help us with get through not being able to see her. In addition, Molly is so wonderful and caring! Cascade is lucky to have such an excellent employee!

CVSL has the most fabulous, caring, dedicated, and loving people. . . During “Stay home” orders, residents and staff had to be a little creative to live in JOY. As difficult as it was being away from family and friends, we found HOPE in each other to inspire and motivate to find Happiness. Thru this challenging time, I’ve seen the Best come out of everyone. . Thank you CVSL Crew for protecting and loving our Elders. Thank you Elders for allowing us to serve you. . Thank you Families for sharing Mom/Dad/Grandma/Grandpa with us. .

I love this place. It’s beautiful, the staff are wonderful, and my mom said the food was amazing! She loved Cascade Valley Senior Living. I liked the fact that when my mom first moved in, she lived on the assisted living side of the building. The staff loved her and treated her with the dignity and respect she deserved. Then as her dementia progressed, they kept a close eye on her. The staff and I had lots of hard discussions about moving her over to the memory care side, they were so helpful to me. They loved my mama too. Although it was the most difficult thing I have ever had to do, it was an easy transition moving her to the memory care side of the building with the help and support of the staff. It was easier for her as well, she already knew everyone. I would recommend Cascade Valley Senior Living to anyone who has that difficult task of finding a safe and loving place for their parent to live out the rest of their life. They do fun things, outings, have great food and a very LOVING STAFF, with lots patience. They are exceptional.
