Our Resident and Family Reviews Say It All

I toured the memory care at this location over a year ago, but a not happy with the current place my mom is. I recently dropped by for a tour with Shauna and was stunned at the remodel! Can’t wait to move my mom in to this beautiful and friendly place. Everyone was so attentive and caring.

We spoke with Elizabeth she gave our family a tour and did an assessment on my mother-in-law she was wonderful. She was caring and compassionate. She was able to answer our question. We really like the community.
Jasmine M
Overall good experience. Staff have been responsive to my mother’s concerns. Of course nothing compares to keeping mom in her home, but after researching other assisted living locations nearby I feel The Meadows was a good choice for her based on her care needs.
Joyce D.
I thought they were very thorough and helpful

I am the owner of Megan Mobile Notary. I have had countless appointments at the meadows over the years with residents and their families. I am always greeted as I come through the doors by a smiling staff. I am impressed with the amount of staff available to assist if I have any questions as well as their attentiveness to residents.
Ofelia B.
Everyone is friendly and helpful from the front desk staff and to Mindy and Angie for allowing me to give Communion service to Catholic residents. I’m grateful to be of service.

After 1 great year and 2 declining service years at a high priced facility (The Commons of Elk Grove), it is so refreshing to find a place that is not so “Corporate Run” and there are passionate people who take great interest in their work! Place always smells like something good is cooking, staff are long standing and the Studio had new floors! It is not a grand looking place, but I feel like the bedding will actually get washed!!
Jay P.
Great place for our mother. Attentive and caring staff. Well organized. Only negative is the checkin process is overly burdensome and really quite silly. The software is pretty inflexible and non-intuitive along with inaccurate in identifying people (e.g., I checked in as my wife after she had already done so with a photo and nothing stopped me.) It really is quite annoying when there are more modern and accurate tools for such a process.
Kathy B.
This is a nice living facility, very welcoming and clean.

My Mother has lived here several years now. I recently shared some concerns with staff and was surprised how quickly they responded to improve things. They really share a deep concern for their residents.
Yolanda D.
It was a good warm welcoming, everyone was really nice! Good positive vibe.
Alisha G.
Friendly staff and the facility itself was probably the cutest facility I’ve ever been to 😊
Laura G.
Very active and engaged community residents and staff alike.

Absolutely adore this place and all the residents/workers. I used to work as a receptionist here and it was such a welcoming and caring environment. It truly felt like I was surrounded by family at all times. I also have quite a few unofficial grandparents that I love to still keep in touch with. The current Executive Director Alyssa is absolutely amazing and such a compassionate person!! Love this facility

I have worked for the Residents of The Meadows going on 3 years now. 2 at the Front Desk and this last year as the Activities Director. I say with all Honesty we have the Absolute BEST Residents and Family/Friends!!! I get to work with such Amazing people in their home every single day!!!! Thank you Milestone for allowing me to have the MOST Fulfilling Career EVER!!! Worked in Finance for over 15 yrs. and the Moment I walked into The Meadows I Fell in Love!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mindy

I spent two months vetting The Meadows before agreeing to join the community. I was specifically looking at things like overall cleanliness, dining experience and staffing. I was most impressed by the longevity of the staff. I am told the building was built roughly 20 years ago and as a testament to the community management and ownership many of the employees have been at The Meadows for a decade and beyond! As a major bonus I have seen how the activities director uses a person centered approach to help residents embrace their new home and find purpose. Part of that is how Mindy the activities director looks to each persons personal history to help introduce them to other residents with similar personalities and interest. The Meadows really works hard to deliver the care and compassion they say they can and it shows everyday.

As a Hospice Chaplain, I visit patients at many facilities. I have been very impressed with all the staff at the Meadows, starting the moment you walk in with the wonderful greeting and care that Mindy brings at the front door. I am particularly grateful for the work of the Dej’ja, the Director of Memory Care Support. She makes sure that the staff interacts with all the residents in a variety of creative ways, which is so important for helping them feel included and engaged.
Jodie G.
My Mom has been at the Meadows for over 2 years battling Alzheimer’s. She is in Memory care and Dej’ja the current Memory care director, along with Mom’s team, Saleshyni and Tisha, Med Techs, Kat and Cookie, her aids and all of the other staff members, I feel comfortable that she is well taken care of in a safe place full of joy and laughter. It’ an awesome environment and Mindy at the front desk makes you feel like family when you walk in the door. Thank you to all of you.
Judy B.
The staff is very warm and professional! My mother has to use the MED tech facility and they are the best! My mother has enjoyed her stay for several years! The head receptionist Mindy is awesome and very loving & caring!
Quiana B.
I love working at the meadows almost two months they are all helpful and kind I love the residents and they all treat you like family and I love the way the management team treat there employers I learn something every day from my team.
Marquez A.
Recently worked for the meadows it was a very friendly place with great people I wouldn’t mind going back when the time is right.
Ro G.
I’ve been working at the meadows for almost three months now. Great place to work, friendly staffs, management for the most part is phenomenal. What I really like about working here, is it’s not just a job, everyone here is a family. Seeing the residents smile at the end of the shift is what makes it the most enjoyable.

My mother-in-law has been living at the Meadows for years. The facility is very good and well maintained. Her room is very comfortable. The team that handles her medication is meticulous and professional. For administrative help, scheduling, or handling any issues, Mindy is outstanding.
J G.
My mother fractured her femur and we chose The Meadows as her new home. I can’t say enough about Leah who from the beginning has offered support and encouragement . She answered all questions promptly and at any hour. The staff is amazing, not only caring but with a cheerful spirit. My mother tells us they check on her several times a day , offers their assistance and care. For anyone looking for Senior Living I’d suggest speaking with Leah and touring the Meadows . We are very glad we did.
